If the data collected is not listed in this privacy statement, we will (where required by law) give adequate notice of what other data will be collected and how it will be used.

Information required during the recruitment process within the standards permitted by law.

Information submitted by you in resumes/CVs, letters, written templates or other printed materials (including photographs).

Information generated by interviewers and recruiters relating to you, based on their interactions with you or your simple internet searches, where permitted by applicable law.

Information concerning you obtained from third-party job placement companies, recruiters or job search websites, where applicable.

  • Audiovisual materials.

Photographs and images/audio/scenes captured/recorded on CCTV or other video systems when visiting our offices or captured in the course of recruitment events or video recruitment interviews or during any other virtual or face-to-face event (including recordings during workshops or similar events).
